Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
